If quick weight loss is your goal...

1. Simply eat 5 or 6 of the hunger fighting diet cookies throughout the day.

They taste good and are filling.  You will have energy and you will feel satisfied.  You won't be obsessing all day long with "What can I eat? Or, how many calories/fat grams/carbs are in that?"

2.  Then eat a sensible dinner of about 300 to 400 calories...

Usually 6 to 8 oz of lean protein and steamed vegetables.  Sometimes I add a tossed salad with the 1 calorie per spray salad dressing and a diet pudding.  Feel free to add a pickle and/or tomato.  I usually eat an orange or grapefruit.  Lately I have been eating a lot of blueberries.  You will be amazed at how much better the foods taste!  Sometimes I keep it simple and eat a low calorie frozen dinner along with a V8 and a piece of fruit.

LISTEN TO YOUR BODY!  If you feel you need more cookies or more calories on any given day, do it!  There will be days you will feel you need more and days that you will feel you need less.  Listen to your body and obey.

No Magic - These diet cookies are engineered to simply control hunger allowing you to stick to your own diet or to a very low calorie diet (VLCD) approved by your own doctor.  At about 800 to 900 calories per day, everyone will lose weight!  But listen to your body.  If 800 calories are not enough for you, add a few more cookies during the day or a higher calorie dinner.
