Lose Weight Quickly
without using diet drugs!
If quick weight loss is your goal...
1. Simply eat 5 or 6 of the hunger fighting diet cookies throughout the day.
They taste good and are filling. You will have energy and you will feel satisfied. You won't be obsessing all day long with "What can I eat? Or, how many calories/fat grams/carbs are in that?"
2. Then eat a sensible dinner of about 400 calories...
Usually 6 to 8 oz of lean protein and steamed vegetables. Add a tossed salad, diet pudding, pickle and/or tomato, fruit, or anything else that allows you to stay under your calorie goal.
HOW TO
The R&D Diet Cookie™ program is simple and straight forward. There are no "tricks" and no foods you have to remember that you can or can not eat. It is strictly a low calorie diet. The cookies eliminate hunger so that you are able to stay on the low calorie diet.
For weight loss...
Eat the cookies during the day. I suggest you wait in the morning until you are a little hungry. Have 2 or 3 of the cookies with a low calorie drink (coffee, tea, diet soda). Wait an hour or two until you are a little hungry again then have 1 or 2 more. Do this throughout the day. At the beginning you may want or need more than 6 cookies. That is fine. The most important thing is to not allow yourself to get hungry! If you eat the cookies, you won't!
In the early evening prepare a dinner of around 400 calories. It can be a frozen dinner with additional vegetables or you can prepare something from scratch. Watch the calories and don't let them sneak in!
If you want a snack before bed, have another cookie or two with something to drink. It might be a good idea to plan the night-time snack instead of letting it sneak up on you.
Some days you will want more than 6 and some days you will have to remind yourself to eat even 4! Listen to your body. You should feel good, have energy, and not be hungry.
For maintenance...
Start most days with the cookies. Always keep them on hand for an afternoon or evening snack. When you lose control (and we all do) use them for a day or two in order to get back in control of your eating.
